Best time to visit Portugal

Portugal is great to visit all year round. But keep in mind that the summers (June to September) are often very hot (over 30°C) and that it might be too hot to walk around and exploring the cities during that time. During the summer when it is high peak season, a lot of the hotels will increase their prices and you will end up spending more money on your holiday.

Between November and March, when Portugal has its winter the weather is cooler but still not to cold. If you want to visit during the winter, be aware that some of the restaurants and waterparks will be closed during the of season. When googling the best time to visit Portugal we get the result that the spring and autumn is the best time. But we will do you one better. Here you have the average temperature in Portugal. Now it’s up to you to decide when you want to visit!
