On Sunday between 09.00 and 13.00 there will be a yard sale. This was really a spur of the moment decision.

Yard Sale on Paradisvägen 1B

On Monday, a dear old friend of mine came to visit. We are friends since long but somehow we have not seen each other in a couple of years. She informed me that Åhus is going to have an collective yard sale. You inform that you want to take part and your adress is placed on a map. This is a great idea! The problem is that I thought that I had everything in better order than I had. Now it is Friday and there is tons of things to prepare for the sale.

My former closet will be the room were everything is for sale. While it is a great idea – I am still thinking:
“Am I doing all of this for nothing? What if no one shows up?” But at the same time… how can you sell everything you own without taking a chance on a yard sale? And I love the idea. I wish I could be a visitor and just walk around in town to see all the other stuff people are selling!

But for now there is a lot of work to do. I will keep you posted on Sunday and let you know wether we sold a lot or nothing at all!
