Adrenaline in South Africa!
Bungee Jump
Bloukrans Bridge has the worlds highest commercial bridge bungee with its 216 meters. Just getting out to the jump site is a adrenalinrush by it self. But you will need to take a big leap (of both faith and trust) when you step of the ledge. Do not worry! You are supposed to be scared and while you wait for your turn you are suppose to ask yourself why you are doing it and what made you think of doing this in the first place.
Once you jump, the adrenaline of this adventure will stay with you for a long time and it is a proud moment when you let everybody know that you did the worlds highest bungee jump!

Table Mountain Absail
Visiting Table Mountain and walking around is a must for everyone visiting Cape Town. For some people the cable ride up to the top is a adrenalinrush by it self but if you are looking for a more daring adventure – try absailing down the mountain.
Get strapped into a harness and lean over the ledge, 1000 meters above sea level. Your adventure starts as you repel from the mountain. And one more thing… when you are midway there is a surprise waiting for you but you will just have to head up there and find out what the surprise is.

Great White Shark Cage Diving
There are a lot of different operators in Gansbaai that offer cage diving with great white sharks. Shark Diving Unlimited is a operator that has the famous “shark man”. Mike Rutzen who is famous for free diving with great white sharks. His company offer tours to see these majestic animals in their own environment. A boat takes you out to where the sharks usually are. Chum is thrown into the water to attract the sharks. When the sharks arrive you get your wetsuit on (that makes you look like a seal by the way) and get into the cage. It is an unreal experience to be this close to the sharks and the adrenalin warms your blood in the cold water.

Cango Cave Adventure Tour
A lot of the caves that you can visit around the world will tell you that you either might need a helmet. The cave might be low in some places. You might get claustrophobic if you are afraid of small places. Never has that information been so true than when it comes to the Adventure Tour in the Cango Caves. Before you sign up, you can see som of the spaces in life size. To be honest it is hard to believe that you would fit through the small cracks that are shown. To give you an example: There is one place in the cave where you first need to press your head through a crack and then wiggle in your body (with the fear of getting stuck) and then slide on your stomach from the so called letterbox. Adrenaline pumping for sure!

Big Rush Big Swing – Moses Mabhiba Stadium
Another South African world record. This time as the world’s tallest swing where you jump out into a 220 meter arch. The blood starts pumping on your way up because it is first at that time that you realize how high you will be going. Once up by the arch you take a small ladder down to the jumping point. It takes a lot of bravery to actually take the leap and at first you are just falling. Falling what feels like forever. Then the swing catches you and you realize that you survived and you start to enjoy the rush. Fill your lungs with air and scream out the adrenaline as you soar in a huge swing with the whole impressive Stadium beneath you.
