Mini and I have been hanging out in Sweden for a while now. We love it, but feel like we need something more than that. It’s hot here in Åhus but you can never really trust the Swedish summer. We looked at some new locations and Mallorca seems to come up every time we set our minds on sun and water. The crazy thing about that place is that it never seems to run out of sun.
Both Mini and I absolutely adore Palma, the capital of Mallorca. We found a great way to get a quick getaway flight through the charter company Ving. Now we’re itching to pack up and fly to the beautiful island.
What can we do in Mallorca?
There is so much to do and so many things to see and even though I like taking it as it comes, Mini comes to the rescue with some must-see spots. I wanna hang out by the beach all day and Mini wants to explore the gorgeous architecture. Anyway, here are the top three places we absolutely need to visit when we get there:
- Playa de S’Amarador – this beach is a must for us. It’s a giant beach with crystal clear water and a white beach that makes both of us look more tanned than we are (and we’re both pretty tanned). I would love to be on the beach all day and swim for hours. Playa de S’Amarador is the place to relax and relax.
- Sóller – a small town that is in the heart of the Valley of Gold. Mini wants to find the best spots that really capture the hidden and truly scenic side of Majorca. This side of the island is isolated from the rest by mountains. Great food and even better scenery – what more can you ask for?
- Punta de Sa Galera – we like privacy, like many of you readers, and sometimes you just want some alone time with a loved one. That is why we looked for something that’s a bit more of a secret than the rest. Punta de Sa Galera is a lovely cove where we can just sit and get away from everything for a few hours.
We’re super excited to find tickets and hopefully, we will take off soon and see this magical island.

My brother got married at Mallorca last year. Truly a beautiful place at Cap de Formentor. You must go there if you have the chance.
