Fishing in Harasjömåla

Get up early one morning and go fish in Harasjömåla fishing lakes! There are probably quite a few places left where you end up in the middle of nature and where you can hear the forest, the birds, and the water, with the exception of a few cars that drive by, probably to find their own paradise to fish on.

It is not free but they plant Salomon in the lakes

Harasjömåla is a fishing camp with several different lakes that you are allowed to fish on. The most common are the Put and Take lakes where salmon are planted. You buy a fishing card for your purpose, there are several different ones to choose from and you will find all options and prices on their website.

There are 7 lakes to choose from and we chose Ävegylet because there were no people there ;). For us, it wasn’t necessarily about catching salmon, but being in nature together and just hanging out. If we had got a pacifier, it would have been a plus, but unfortunately, it didn’t pacify anything for us!

The experience

But we had a wonderful time. Coffee, fishing, and quality of life at a high level, it’s hard to beat. For me, it was my first time here and it was Mini’s third time. Of these three times, Mini has only had a fish on once so we are not sure how many you pull up, but at the same time it is such a natural experience to be there so we absolutely recommend a visit there!

If you choose not to fish, it costs nothing to be here so you can enjoy nature without having to pay for it.
For those who are “real” fishermen, there is also the possibility to borrow a boat and go out on the lake.

We were also lucky enough to encounter lots of tadpoles. You can learn a lot about the cute disgusting things at Naturum in Kristianstad. They are actually very cute and very disgusting at the same time. We all know what they look like, right?!
